Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. For orders shipped outside of the US, please mail your order back to NoNetz/Shipmonk, 285 Centerpoint Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640. Include instructions on whether you wish a refund or the item wanted as an exchange.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 45 days.
  • Items must retain original hang tag

What items are exchangeable?

  - All Items are exchangeable and must retain original hang tag

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Items returned outside of the 45 day return window will be mailed back to you.
  • Items that have been tailored or otherwise altered.
  • Items that do not have the hang tags attached.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
